My husband and I have worked with The Greensman for two and a half years. Initially we had them landscape our front and back yards. They listened to us before creating a couple of designs to choose from. The design included the plants and bushes we had. Along with the landscaping, we asked them to replace our driveway.
The Greensman supervised every detail of the installation and replacement of the driveway. They arranged everything for the driveway replacement. Before, during and after the installation, they patiently answered our many, many questions.
The landscaping is beautiful, and we get compliments about it. The plants are easy to maintain and hardy (I’m an expert at killing off plants). The plants have survived!
A year ago, we had The Greensman back for additional landscaping in our backyard. We had some maintenance done on our pool and the pool deck was made larger using cement. It was very ugly. The landscaping made it look great.
I had The Greensman back last year for some maintenance. And, I’m having them back for additional maintenance this year.
The Greensman customer service was outstanding during all the design discussions, installation, and maintenance. They continue to answer my many, many questions quickly, and their customer service continues to be great. We will continue to use The Greensman for maintenance and future landscaping.

Even in more day to day items, detail is not overlooked. Routine tasks such as returning telephone calls, timely and accurate billing, and even occasionally when plants die, as some always do, the Greensman have proven to operate with integrity and fairness.

My experience with The Greensman in the design and implementation of my garden design was very enjoyable, as well as stress free! James met with me often to review design, always encouraging my ideas. The design he provided was exactly what I was hoping for. He and Kristopher visited my home several occasions, and were both here the day the project began. Anthony, the project manager, was on site every morning with my crew answering all my concerns in a prompt and thoughtful manner. The crew worked steadily, everyday, never abandoning my work until the job was complete.
The hardscape that was completed fits the scale of my yard, a very creative use of space. The crew were anxious to please me and asked for my input daily. They encouraged me to call Brian, from their irrigation team. How glad I am to have made that call. Two irrigation companies had previously been to my yard. Brian was the first to investigate and uncover two sprinkler heads buried deep in my side yard, hence the poor turf growth. When my husband Jerry and I moved to a rustic home on wooded acreage, there was only one landscape designer we would consider to update the gardens; Kristopher Dabner of The Greensman. We knew he could carry through with our dreams of a design that was both natural and sophisticated. Little did we know he would also serve as a marriage counselor! I wanted a dry-creek bed sort of style while Jerry didn’t want anything that elaborate, or something that would harm our trees. Kristopher developed a plan that pleased us both.
